Store pickup

At Binacart, we are dedicated to providing flexible and convenient shopping options for our valued customers. Our store pickup service allows you to shop online and collect your orders at a time that suits you best. Here’s how our store pickup process works:

How It Works

  1. Place Your Order Online

    • Shop on our website and add your desired items to your cart.
    • At checkout, select the “Store Pickup” option.
    • Choose your preferred Binacart store location for pickup.
  2. Order Confirmation

    • Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details.
    • Our team will process your order and notify you once it is ready for pickup. This usually takes 1-2 business days.
  3. Pickup Notification

    • You will receive an email and/or SMS notification when your order is ready for pickup.
    • Please wait for this notification before heading to the store to avoid any inconvenience.
  4. Collect Your Order

    • Visit the selected Binacart store location during business hours.
    • Bring a copy of your order confirmation email (printed or digital) and a valid photo ID.
    • Our staff will assist you with retrieving your order.
  • Pickup Details

    Store Locations & Hours
    • Visit our website to find the nearest Binacart store and its business hours.
    • Our stores are open Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 8 PM, and Sunday, 10 AM to 6 PM.
    Pickup Timeframe
    • Orders must be picked up within 7 days of receiving the pickup notification.
    • If you are unable to collect your order within this timeframe, please contact the store to make alternative arrangements.
    Authorized Pickup
    • If you are unable to pick up your order personally, you can authorize someone else to collect it on your behalf.
    • The authorized person must bring a copy of the order confirmation email and their own valid photo ID.

Additional Information

Changes & Cancellations
  • If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.
  • Changes or cancellations may not be possible once the order has been processed for pickup.
Returns & Exchanges
  • Store pickup orders are eligible for returns and exchanges as per our standard return policy.
  • Please bring the items and your receipt to the store for processing.
Safety Measures
  • For your safety and the safety of our staff, we have implemented health and safety protocols in our stores.
  • Please follow any guidelines or instructions provided by our staff during your visit.
