Melfi Heat shrink tubing provides electrical insulation, mechanical protection, environmental sealing, and strain relief. Heat shrink tubing is a common element in most electrical setups that insulates electrical components from external factors such as moisture, dust, abrasion, and sharp objects that might otherwise damage wires and electrical components.
 
Application

Provides very-thin-wall insulation and strain relief of multipin connectors, solder joints and other delivate electrical connections and terminations. It is well-suited for applications that requiredense packing of components such as downholesensors. Provides superior chemical and solventresistance when used forbundling and jacketing ofwires and cables. Suitablefor applications requiring lowoutgassing materials such aswire bundling and labelprotectionin satellites.It can be used in high temperature for a long time, resistant to diesel, aviation fuel and high temperature fluid.
