PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

               A product  based  on  specific  nitrocellulose  resin.  It  can  be easily applied on wood to give various transparent colours to wood.  

 RECOMMENDED USES 

             For application on various types of wood, to give better, new look  and  colour.  It  can  be  overcoated  by using N.C.  Auto Lacquer Clear for protection and gloss.

            COLOUR, DRY FILM As per National shade card 

            FINISH, DRY FILM Smooth / Matt 

            VOLUME SOLIDS (ASTM D2697) 15 ± 2% 

           SPECIFIC GRAVITY 0.92 ± 0.05 

           THEORETICAL SPREADING 18.5 – 15 M2/LTR

          RECOMMENDED DFT (DRY FILM) 8 – 10 Microns/Coat 

          RECOMMENDED WFT (WET FILM) 55 – 65 Microns/Coat 

          FLASH POINT 7ºC 

    DRYING TIME 

                 Drying time @ 30°C (Temperature, humidity, air movement, film thickness and number of coats all affect the drying time.) 

                 TOUCH DRY 10 – 15 minutes

                 DRY TO RECOAT 30 – 45 minutes 

   ADVANTAGES
